GSoC 11th week review

During this week, I focus on improving the basic infrastructure of BVP, mainly on fixing the BVPFunction PR, and updating the related docs.

Next week, I will start the benchmarking job to test if the new MIRK methods behave well and continue to improve the internal of BoundaryValueDiffEq.jl.
