GSoC 7th week review

During this week, besides preparing for the midterm evaluation, I implemented all of the MIRK methods in MIRKDC routine and have them all tested locally, including the 2nd, 3rd and improved methods etc., I will add them to BoundaryValueDiffEq.jl as soon as possible.

Besides, I continued to refactor the defect control adaptivity PR, making the PR more compatible with the current SciML stack.
